STOP Bullying/Cyberbullying Bullying Poster NOW

Because students have more access to technology than ever before, on July 10, 2015, Governor Wolf signed PA House Bill 229 into law. This law defines cyber harassment of a child and makes it a crime in the state of Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania School Code Bullying Guidelines require all school districts to adopt a policy addressing bullying.  All schools must outline disciplinary consequences for bullying behavior, develop and implement a reporting procedure and form, create an investigation process for bullying incidents, submit an annual report on bullying, and review the policy every three years.

Links to the left provide you with the most updated Dallastown Area School District bullying/cyberbullying policy, a way to report any bullying that is occurring, and suggestions on how to prevent bullying from occurring.
