Welcome to Dallastown School District’s

Student Registration General Instructions

Our desire is to guide you through the on-line process and to do so, we need you to be prepared.  The following documents are required to complete every student registration:

  1. Valid PA photo identification with your current address
    • If you’ve moved into PA within the past two months, we require proof you are obtaining a PA identification
    • If you are a PA resident and have moved within the last 15 days, we require a change of address card


  2. Two proofs of residency (listing your name) within the Dallastown School District
    • First proof – Settlement Statement, Lease Agreement or Real Estate Tax Bill

      AND

    • Second proof – valid current PA photo ID, Vehicle registration, utility bill, homeowner’s/renter’s insurance, vehicle insurance, charge account or pay stub with current address


  3. Child’s birth certificate
  4.  Licensed physician’s documentation of immunizations or statement of religious exemption
  5. If applicable - Copy of Court Ordered Custody Agreement, IEP and/or 504 Plan

 

**New Student Athletes**

  1. New Enrollees – MUST COMPLETE and SUBMIT a “Member School Athletic Transfer Waiver Request Form”
  2. Foreign Exchange/International Student Athletes – MUST COMPLETE and SUBMIT a “Foreign Exchange/ International Student Eligibility Agreement”

If you are currently homeless please contact the Supervisor of Social and Student Services, #717 244 4021 ext. 4268, and we will assist you with registration.

If you are currently sharing a residence with another family, the proofs of residency will still be required.  Please click on the “Shared Residency” tab on the left.  Complete and submit with your residency proofs at the time of registration. If you have questions, please contact the Supervisor of Social and Student Services, #717 244 4021 ext. 4268, and we will assist you with registration.

School Year – Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Summer – Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM


Please use your Skyward login to monitor the status of your child's registration and make edits/additions as directed.

Skyward allows one file upload per step.  Please scan and save multiple page documents as one file to ensure you can successfully upload your proofs and immunizations.

You can login and edit your form at any time.  If you edit your form, simply follow the prompts to resubmit when you have completed your changes.
