April 5th – PSSA Pep Rally – Wear neon colors to show how bright you are!

April 17th – Celebrate Autism Awareness Month – Wear DAIS Pride T-Shirts!

DAIS staff members will be wearing Autism Awareness puzzle pins all month to show their support.

Team Commitment will be selling Autism Awareness bracelets during this week to promote awareness.

April 19th –No Hate Day – Wear your Stop Hate t-shirt or wear black to promote No Hate at DAIS!

April 22th – Earth Day – Wear green to support Mother Earth!

We will… Review recycling, keep lights out in the classrooms to conserve energy, and go on a walk around the school to enjoy Mother Nature.

April 26 - National Poetry Day – Wear a shirt with words on it! Each team will be sharing a poem throughout the month during

morning announcements.
