Numerous federal laws require school districts to provide students, parents, and/or the public with notices.  The documents below will help you to better understand your rights.


Policy and Statement of Nondiscrimination

The Dallastown Area School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.1 The following person has been designated to handle inquiries regarding the non-discrimination policies:
